The majority of our referrals are made by medical professionals, schools, community agencies, insurance companies, para-professional & corporate partners, psychiatric and behavioral health hospitals & programs, and other individual and agency professionals.
We know how important professional referrals are to the clients we serve. We recognize that collaborative efforts to maintain continuity of care and prevention of relapse and non-compliance are predicated upon successful transfer and referral of services to clients.
So we've made the referral process simple and clinically comprehensive. The information is entered through our confidential, secure and HIPPA compliant portal. After you complete and submit the referral information, a Clinical Intake Coordinator will contact the client and inquire about their interest in services. Clients may be requested to complete a Release of Information so that we can coordinate with previous health care providers and/or referral sources.
